The best of the San Antonio area amateur boxers and those throughout Central Texas compete for the coveted title of Golden Gloves Champion. Competition open to boxers ages 17 to 40 years old from Lampasas County to Live Oak County. Male and Female Senior Open boxers compete to advance with the San Antonio team to the Texas State Golden Gloves Tournament of Champions and a chance to compete for a National Title. Proceeds benefit advancing athletes and local youth & boxing programs.
Athlete, Coaches, and Teams must register on-line by Feb 10th, check-in on Feb 11th, and Coaches must attend Coaches meeting on Feb 4th, after the Annual Mitt Contest.
